Q: How do you revive a dance floor that’s starting to die down?
- We’ll play a slow song then afterwards play a banger.
- We’ll play a special song from the bride and groom’s “must play” song list and make sure guests know the song was handpicked by them.
- We’ll play a Group Dance Song like the Cupid Shuffle or the Cha Cha Slide.
Q: Do you travel?
Yes! The first 35-mile radius of Elkhart, IN and Indianapolis, IN are completely free.
- Venues Over 35 miles: $1 per mile (One-Way)
- Venues Over 75 miles: Hotel may be required for 1 or 2 nights depending on event times and distance + $1 per mile compensation
Q: Do you DJ all types of events?
Yes we do! Weddings are our specialty but we also DJ corporate events, birthday parties, clubs, and private events.

Q: How do we request songs?
After booking our services you’ll receive a custom login page for your wedding where you can start building your timeline and adding must play and do not play songs. We also take requests during the reception if you’re open to it! You choose WHATEVER you’d like to hear, there’s no limit.
Q: How do you guys “emcee” or go about making announcements?
We pride ourselves on making announcements loud and proud so your guests are all on the same page. We give 10-minute announcements before each event and repeat the announcement so your guests don’t miss out. We’re upbeat, not cheesy, and won’t take the spotlight from the bride and groom.
Q: What sound and lighting equipment do you use?
We use professional, industry-grade speakers and lighting equipment. This includes the Traktor S3 DJ Console and software, two 15 inch and one 12 inch Mackie Thumper Speakers, Two high-quality microphones, and the Gigbar 2 lighting system. Uplighting is also available as an add-on, contact us for more info!
Q: How many hours of service do you provide?
We offer two packages for wedding DJ services. The Gold Package is 4 hours and the Platinum Package is 6 hours. Overtime is also available for $100 an hour. We also offer an hour-long Ceremony service.
Q: How much is the deposit and how can we pay?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is all we require to book your wedding date. As long as our services are paid in full the day before your wedding you’re good to go! We accept: bank transfers, check, cash, PayPal, Zelle, and credit card.
Q: Are you insured?
Yes, DG Visionaries LLC has a full coverage business insurance policy with Frankenmuth Insurance.
Q: What happens if you get sick, etc. And can’t make it?
For one, in all our years of being in business this has NEVER happened (knocking on wood currently). We’ve never once missed a wedding for any reason ever. If this were to happen for some reason we’d contact you right away and see if we could find a fitting replacement. We have a small team of amazing DJs and will let you know ASAP if we need to make last minute changes. If things go south you’d get a 100% refund and we’d continue assisting you along the way.
Q: What’s the Wedding Planning process like?
We’re very involved in the planning process! Our team will help you plan your wedding day down to the minute using our advanced online wedding planning system. Along with song requests we also help you organize your wedding day events and coordinate with your vendors to make sure everyone’s on the same page. We promptly respond to texts, emails, and phone calls to make sure you’re taken care of.
