About Derald Gray
Derald Gray is the founder of DG Visionaries and the creative energy behind the brand. Growing up in Elkhart, Indiana, he was known as the “Video Guy,” making YouTube shorts with his siblings and falling in love with storytelling through video and music. After studying Media Production at Ball State University and DJing for his fraternity, Derald turned his passion into a career that now brings weddings and events to life across the Midwest. From DJing packed dance floors to producing meaningful videos, Derald’s goal is simple: help people feel seen, celebrated, and fully taken care of. His background as an Emmy nominated photojournalist, community leader, and entrepreneur gives him a unique eye for detail and a heart for people. When he’s not creating amazing experiences with DG Visionaries, Derald enjoys working out and spending time with his wife Kierra and their family.
Meet the Visionaries
Noah Wright, DJ & MC:
Noah dives headfirst into action as a Visionary to create magical wedding, prom, party and other exciting experiences as a DJ & MC. He provides the Visionary experience in his own unique way through crowd engagement, upbeat live mixes, and personal connections with every client he books. Noah’s passion for music combined with his love for sharing and helping create special moments are truly what makes him a Visionary. When he’s not helping others fulfill their visions, Noah works to accomplish his own as a Music Producer/Engineer and A&R.
Trey Collins, DJ & MC:
As an MC and professional DJ Trey stands out from the crowd. He’s always been the life of the party and has a vibrant personality. During each event he strives to make you dance as if you were the only person in the room. He can read any crowd and pick out songs that perfectly fit the vibe. With an extensive musical background ranging from classical piano to club DJ’ing, Trey has the skills and tools needed to make your wedding reception a party you’ll never forget. In his downtime he enjoys fishing at Lake Michigan and spending time with his children and family.
Adam Menard, DJ & MC:
Adam brings a high energy, crowd focused style to every event he’s part of as a Visionary DJ and MC. Known for reading the room, connecting with guests, and keeping the momentum strong, he creates experiences that feel seamless, engaging, and full of life. His ability to make people feel comfortable while bringing everyone together is what sets him apart. Outside of DJing, Adam is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who graduated from Purdue University and later earned his doctorate from Indiana University. He also brings valuable wedding experience from filming weddings throughout high school and college, giving him a strong understanding of event flow and coordination. In his free time, Adam enjoys backpacking, camping, running, pickleball, and cheering on Purdue athletics. Friends and clients describe him as outgoing, funny, and easy to connect with.
